- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1.5 tsp vegetable oil
- Blend ingredients in a blender.
- Oil a pan over medium high heat.
- Once hot, pour batter in pan and cook around 2-3 mins per side, flipping when edges start to curl up.
