INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 jar of mild salsa
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can whole corn
- shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place a single layer of chicken in the dish.
- Drain black beans and corn in a strainer, then rinse until water runs clear.
- Evenly pour the bean and corn mixture on top of the chicken.
- Top with the jar of salsa.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and serve.
