INGREDIENTS
- 1 can chicken (drained)
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 cup brown rice, cooked (I used leftovers)
- 1 clove garlic (pressed or minced as fine as I can get it)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook the rice and steam the broccoli.
- Combine ingredients, minus the crescent rolls, in a big bowl.
- Lay our crescent rolls in the shape of a wreath, pointy ends out, as shown to the side.
- Scoop chicken mixture onto each triangle and fold over to make a wreath.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until dough is browned lightly.

I was going to make this for some last minute out of town guests... that in fact never came in town... so my husband and i enjoyed it together last night. It was easy, affordable, and a great comfort-dinner!
