Spagetti with Eggs

My mom makes this a lot.. it doesn't seem too common here in the US and my husband would probably gag at the though, but believe me, it's good! I actually found the idea in my American Cookbook and just followed my mom's recipe.


Pasta Barilla Plus Angle Hair
2 eggs per person
Butter, salt, pepper to taste
Fresh basil or oregano to taste.


cook pasta according to package directions.
cook eggs over easy.
Strain pasta and put on plate.
Season with butter, salt, pepper to taste.
Place eggs over pasta and add fresh herbs as you'd like.
