Pumpkin Muffins


These muffins are super easy to make and turn out delicious! Good to freeze for later too :)
I'm pretty sure this is a Weight Watchers recipe. A friend gave it to me a few years back as a healthy alternative.

INGREDIENTS

16 oz canned pumpkin
1/2 cup water
1 box Spice Cake Mix
optional chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix ingredients together.
Place muffin cups in a muffin pan and fill 3/4 of the way (I use a large cookie scoop to do this).
Cook for 17 minutes.
