Tuscan Beef Stew

While browsing the blog "Mommy, What's For Dinner" I came upon this delicious looking Tuscan Beef Stew recipe and couldn't resist trying it! It made the house smell sooooo good and turned out great! And it's so easy to make.
INGREDIENTS

1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can condensed beef broth
1/2 cup apple juice
2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
3 large carrots, cut as desired
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
32 oz canned cannelloni beans (white kidney beans) rinsed and drained

DIRECTIONS

Put all ingredients except beans in crock pot on low for 8-9 hours.
Add beans during the last 10 minutes before serving.
