Hot and Spicy Chicken Dip

Last night was our Mother's and More Holiday party / White Elephant Gift Exchange. So much fun!!! Leslie had made a chicken dip that everyone gobbled up in record time and raved about. I don't usually like spicy foods but everyone seemed to like it so much that I gave it a try... and O.M.G.... heaven!!! Luckily for us, Leslie emailed us all the recipe today so the yumminess didn't have to end ;) Here it is.. I will definitely be making it soon!

Hot and Spicy Chicken Dip (Buffalo?)

1 large can of chicken - Costco size
6-8 oz of cream cheese (3/4 - 1 brick)
1/2 C shredded cheddar
1/8 - 1/4 C Ranch dressing
1/8 - 1/4 C Frank's Red Hot
Tortilla chips

Start with cream cheese in mini crock pot first, then add the rest.
Keep stirring every once in a while.
Just keep adding stuff till you like the taste. :)
If you use a reg. crock pot, double recipe.
It's great reheated too. Always a hit.
