Pasta Arrabiatta

This recipe was given to me by a college friend and modified through the years. Comfort food in college apartments! ;)

* 1/4 cup butter
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
* 1/2 cup Vodka
* 1 can (16 oz) crushed tomatoes, undrained
* 1/2 pint cream
* 1/2 tsp salt
* Rigatoni Pasta (I just used whatever pasta we happened to have since we didn't have Rigatoni tonight)


Melt butter.
Add red pepper flakes and Vodka and simmer 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes.
Stir in cream and salt and cook 5 more minutes.
Toss with pasta
