Recipe from my mother-in-law. These potatoes are amazing and always get major raves.
INGREDIENTS
* 24 oz frozen hash brown potatoes (cubes)
* 1 stick of butter
* 1 small onion, shopped
* 16 oz sour cream
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Melt butter in a large pan.
Saute onions for a few minutes.
Turn off heat and mix rest of ingredients in pan.
Pour into casserole pan and bake for 1 hour at 350.
