INGREDIENTS
- chicken tenderloins
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Mrs. Dash (garlic and herb spices)
- 1 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Serve w/ rice or noodles
- Mix all ingredients (minus rice or noodles) in a slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
