INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups old fashioned oats (quick will work as well)
- 3/4 cups butter, melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2-3/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- Preheat oven to 450*
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread out evenly in a jelly roll pan.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, or until golden.
- Enjoy your much-healthier-then-store-bought granola bars!!
