Homemade Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Granola Bars

These homemade chocolate chip and cranberry granola bars were super easy to make, and really delicious! The girls and I can't get enough of them!


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats (quick will work as well)
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2-3/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 450*
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Spread out evenly in a jelly roll pan.
  4. Cook for about 15 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Enjoy your much-healthier-then-store-bought granola bars!!
