INGREDIENTS
- 3 pork cutlets
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/2 large yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
- salt, to taste
- sprinkle of nutmeg
- heat up oil and butter in wok.
- brown onions and garlic.
- add pork and lightly brown on both sides.
- add chicken broth, OJ, and carrots.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 15 mins.
- Add apples, recover, cook for another 10 mins.
