INGREDIENTS
- 1 package croissant rolls
- 2 apples, cored and sliced thinly
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- cinnamon
- Cooking spray or butter
- Preheat oven to 375 (or according to croissant roll package directions).
- Generously spray or butter a round baking dish.
- Lay croissant rolls down until the entire dish is covered. Press to seal cracks and even it out.
- Lay a layer of apple slices on top of rolls.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle over apples.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until croissant rolls are cooked through.
