Black Bean and Shredded Chicken Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 chicken breasts, frozen
  • 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 cup frozen chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • sour cream, optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
  2. Mix and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8 hours).
  3. Add frozen corn and cook another 30 minutes.
  4. Shred chicken in crock pot, stir, then serve with sour cream if desired.
