- 2 chicken breasts, frozen
- 1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 cup frozen chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup frozen corn
- sour cream, optional
- Add all ingredients to the crock pot.
- Mix and cook on high for 4 hours (or low for 8 hours).
- Add frozen corn and cook another 30 minutes.
- Shred chicken in crock pot, stir, then serve with sour cream if desired.
