INGREDIENTS
- 2 frozen chicken breasts
- 1 bunch of carrots; washed, peeled and sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
Place ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve with rice.
