I tend to make the same thing for lunch, over and over again until I get tired of it. My new lunch-kick is steamed potatoes with veggies (usually either green beans or peas).
INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes, diced
about 1/2 cup of green beans, peas, or whatever frozen veggie you'd like
Mrs. Dash, to taste
1/2 tbsp butter
DIRECTIONS
Place above ingredients in a Zip Lock steam bag and cook in the microwave for 7 minutes.
