
INGREDIENTS
4 cups light chicken broth
3 large potatoes
handful of cherry tomatoes
couple handfuls of baby carrots
broccoli left over in the fridge..
frozen chicken strips
DIRECTIONS
peel/wash/cut veggies.
Pour broth in large pot, add veggies and frozen chicken.
Bring to a boil then cook for another 20 minutes.
Serve with some French bread.
