Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich in Crock Pot
INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 white onion, diced
* 1/2 red onion, diced
* 1 cup frozen sliced bell peppers
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 6 ounces beef sirloin
* 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup water with beef bouillon cube
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1 French baguette, cut in half lengthwise
* 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese toasted on baguette
Place in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Toast baguette with swiss cheese on top of one half. Strain beef and vegetables and place on baguette.
