INGREDIENTS
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 28oz can diced pineapple, with the juice
- 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce
- Jasmine rice
- Mix the chicken, pineapple with juice, and BBQ sauce in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours (I think my chicken was still a little frozen in the center. I cooked this for 7.5 hours and that was just right).
- Serve over rice, using extra liquid as sauce.
