INGREDIENTS
- A block of extra firm tofu
- breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Rinse tofu and pat dry.
- Slice into long sticks (I made 12).
- Combine breadcrumbs and seasonings on a plate.
- Dip tofu slices into egg and roll in the crumb mixture.
- Place on baking stone and bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn slices over and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Dip tofu sticks in marinara sauce.
