Breakfast Pizza

I made this for playgroup and not only was it super super easy to make, it was delicious! I'll be making it often ;)

Recipe adapted from American Profile: Hometown Cookbook


1 (8oz) can crescent rolls
6 eggs, beaten
1.5 cups shredded cheese
1 large tomato, diced
cinnamon to taste


Preheat the oven to 375.
Lightly grease an 9x13 baking dish.
Unroll the crescent dough and press it into an even layer to cover the bottom of the dish.
Combine eggs, cheese, tomato and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture evenly over the dough.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the eggs are firm.

That bit of cinnamon is a nice surprise ingredient! Great way to combine both sweet and savory for breakfast!
